I personally find him hilarious. Granted I've only seen clips of his games and have never really watched a whole game of him especially against the White Sox. But it really is hard to take a guy that biased serious. Every team's announcer is biased but I think he takes it to a new level.
Game 2 is a rematch of a matchup I saw at Fenway this year when the White Sox were in town. Red Sox hammered Buerhle in that game. Ortiz set a career high for RBIs in a game with 6 and he added 2 home runs. Schilling made the game close allowing a couple of HRs to Iguchi and Konerko in the 9th.
Yankees possibly don't want to face us in the playoffs?

I think something has to be said with the way Tito handles the clubhouse, something would tell me Piniella would not handle all the characters in that clubhouse as well as Tito would. Piniella is the type of person who wouldn't stand for that harmless stuff and it would rub the players in a bad way. Managing the actual game is a small part of what Tito has to do on a daily basis. The stuff we don't see is what I really think Tito is good at.
They don't have a playoff game to determine the AL East if both teams are already going to the playoffs. Yankees would win based on them having 10 wins in head to head matchups this year.
Haven't really read what the Yankee fans have said in this thread, but on the Yankee board the majority of their fans are blaming this loss on the umps. Now I thought the ump tonight was inconsistent, but they make it sound like that he called all strikes for Wells and all balls for Wang clearly not true, but that there were 2 different strike zones for the pitchers. Your thoughts?
