  1. He's an animal. He went back to the locker room with like 4 minutes to go in the 2nd, got stitches, came back to the scorers table with 2 minutes to go in the 2nd. If I see Lamar Odom in the streets I might slit his throat, he better get a fine or suspension. Everyone was dropping bombs last night, we really s*** on them pretty badly. Even Tony Allen was taking it to the rack STRONG. I was loving it. This team is clicking real well. 4 game west coast swing in 5 days, got all 4 of them. 2 more games, then another huge showdown with the Pistons. I
  2. vinateri FG makes it 68-68 addai being in right now is killing me
  3. addai is playing because.....? keith needs some reps, indy d needs to step up it's coming down to the wire. i was down 1 coming into the game 64-63, with keith and indy d vs. vinateri
  4. rhodes already scored a td..... FACK
  5. big games from colston and moss are saving me... hasselbeck getting pulled killed me, but still 6 more points than roethlisberger would have pulled up... praying to god that edgerrin james does something this week, he's been essentially worthless all year long, i recall maybe 2-3 decent games. mediocrity.
  6. i'm torn between addai and keith this week, not confident at all in anything right now
  7. yeah but the 16 maroney threw you was key as well, that made up for the d by far.
  8. Housing projects and low scale apartments are two different things.
  9. There are no projects in Framingham... projects are what goes down in bad innercity areas, like Harlem, New York City, Chicago, and Detroit... BoSox, you're so young, so naiive.
  10. I'm afraid of the Brady/Welker/Defense combo. Edwards and Ward have great/decent matchups. Clark scored a lot of TDs, and Taylor in the backfield with Graham, who is real underrated and a great pickup, can have a big week. I'd rather face Brees, who loves to throw up stinkers, Johnson, Marshall, and Boldin, who are all hit or miss, Cooley and Crosby, with the RBs and defense. Either way though, I don't like my chances next week. Addai won't get much play, so I'm really looking into starting Keith, Edge hasn't done a thing in god knows how long, Crayton and Colston are gonna need big weeks for me to have a shot at this.
  11. Barring a 62 point outburst from Kaeding and SD Defense, I'm straight. I'd much rather see seabass in the finals than Joes, I'll tell you that much.
  12. thank god he's having a good game. i couldnt remember if i had him in or what was the deal with that, i completely decided to ignore TNF i guess, i spaced and had no idea it was on until i was flipping channels
  13. I saw the title and decided not to read it earlier today. People put too much stock into early season games. Beating someone by two is not showing that you're clearly the better team.
  14. Yes, I was at that Raptors game too, and yes, that was a change in his usual plans. He shouldn't be playing guys in the 4th quarter if they're up 20, and he plays them until 3 minutes left, its an inane strategy. I'm pretty damn fair in my evaluations here, and to say Doc is even a mediocre coach is ridiculous. His inability to even call a correct play at the end of games is pathetic. All he knows is an iso to Pierce, and even with Allen and Garnett in there, he refuses to call something different. Previous game, the Orlando game, and the game last night. Lets face the facts, our roster is great, our bench is better than anyone could have even thought, and our coach is just down right bad.
  15. Rivers gets credit for nothing. We can be as good as we want in the third quarter, if you can't close out a game or set a friggin rotation you are completely unworthy and terrible coach. As I said before, spare me Isaiah, Doc is the WORST coach in the NBA. He consistently calls bad plays, doesn't have a set rotation, played KG, Paul, and Ray when they should have been on the bench in 20 point blowouts. The guy is clueless, and a horrific excuse for an NBA coach. Don't get me wrong, Doc is a great guy, really knows his players, and his players like him, but he just doesn't know how to manage a game for his life.
  16. eh, i can't blame tony though. 1.7 on the clock how's someone supposed to pump fake and get a shot off, he needed to contest it. let's face it, if he didn't contest it he'd be getting grilled for not playing tough d, so it's a catch-22 on tony and its not really fair. he was thrown in the game after playing virtually no minutes if my memory serves me correct. he had no rhythm whatsoever, blame doc for that one. But this is what I got from this game in regards to the Celtics: 1. Doc Rivers couldn't coach a team of 5th graders to a championship vs a team of 3rd graders with downsyndrome and in wheelchairs. 2. Ray Allen is better than we all thought. He's been hitting ballsy shots all year long. 3. We're MUCH better than throwing the ball into Pierce and letting him take a horrific off balance baseline fadeaway, I could have came up with about 84739832 other possibilities. KG in the post, KG in the high post, Allen off a pick, Rondo off the dribble (no one could contain him off the dribble last night, he was ridiculous). 4. Perk's offensive deficiencies definitely outweight his defensive proficiencies. His showing on the offensive end has just been straight up pathetic. He brings every ball down to the floor, pump fakes once, and brings it up, gets fouled almost every time, never gets and ones, and always misses one of two free throws. If there is one undoing this year, this is it. 5. Eddie House, Ray Allen, and KG look like the crunch time shooters, Pierce is too selfish to be that guy. I understand he doesn't draw the plays up, Doc does, but he's gotta know a good shot from a bad one. I understand he is "Celtics", and he's been our guy for years, but if you don't have a shot don't do it all yourself, you have a bunch of other shooters on the floor. 6. Rondo CAN lead this team to a huge year. He's been supremely intelligent on the offensive end, his repetoire of moves when he drives is pretty big now. His 18-20 footer is looking great, his defense has been solid (even though Chauncey was going crazy on him, to Rondo's credit, he mad Chauncey take tough shots, but Chauncey was on last night). He doesn't just drive anymore on the fast break, he knows when to attack the rim and when to pull it back out. I really love how he's been playing this year. 7. Pollard off the bench needs to stop. Seriously. Unless we need to hack Dwight Howard, he should keep his ass down. 8. Someone needs to teach GBBD to not foul in the first 15 seconds of him coming into the game. Every time he comes in, it's a quick foul, that's been his downfall all year long when he's been getting minutes. 9. I never though I'd say this, but Scal really needs some time off the bench. He's a pretty good defender, his hustle, and his ability to hit the three is a pretty good contribution to the team just to get left on the bench. 10. Pierce is still showing immature tendencies.
  17. refs were bad tonight, both ways. pierce had no business taking that last shot, needed a screen for allen on that last play with 5 seconds left. doc rivers loves drawing up the pass it to paul and let him throw up an off balance bad shot. rivers is so predictable, i called all of the plays down the stretch from him. spare me isaiah thomas, he's the worst coach in the NBA.
  18. loving the bye week
  19. Well if the NHL was a little less boring and mediocre, ESPN would take them back. The strike killed them in many peoples eyes, including mine and ESPNs as well I guess.
  20. They're irrelevant. Me and the rest of New England couldn't care less... If they were relevant they'd be getting press and s***, but they're not getting any press, they're irrelevant and mediocre.
  21. irrelevant c's reniassance pats going berzerk redsox hot stove talk bruins are nothing but a mediocre team in a mediocre league
  22. hopefully my guys show up for the playoffs btw, i apologize, i wasn't able to send any dues i'm a poor college kid with literally 125 dollars to my name haha. all i know is i dont want any part of joes in the coming weeks.
  23. faaaack tough week last 2 games are huge though. i got colston, addai and indy d and joes got dallas clark and vinatieri while i'm down 9 points.
  24. SCAL-A-BRINE hhaahahah i was loving that chant
