  1. It's not even that, just say something intelligent as to why you think one teams is better than the other. > > > = > My f***ing little sisters Chinchilla could do that. If you're going to vote, don't vote like a retard. Like RSSFL's vote in me vs. ital. Sure, maybe ital did have the better team, but at least explain why, especially to two of the people who made their picks in the timeliest fashion and did as much as they could to keep this going. Either say something worthwhile or say nothing at all.
  2. I don't expect people to waste their time writing a report, but I at least expect people to think about it critically rather than just >. It's kind of a slap in the face to the people who actually put a little bit of time into it to make sure everything ran smoothly and picks were in on time. I understand many people have better things to do, but if you're not going to put a little effort and critical thinking into your voting (not you, I'm just saying everyone in general) then don't vote.
  3. Well if you're gonna vote like a retard, don't bother voting.
  4. It just f***ing sickens me seeing some of you lazy *******s who refuse to look at the entire picture and take two seconds and say "oh this guy is > this guy this guy is this guy". It really defeats the purpose of this entire exercise.
  5. JBay did his depth charts retardedly, but I still think he takes this. Gerald Wallace is one of the best defensive players in the NBA he'll be busy showing Wade who is boss. He's got 2 very strong defensive centers, and ital really has no one who can even think about defending and containing Howard, Perkins, Boozer, and Green. Jbay is very balanced both offensively and defensively, and probably has the most underrated bench in this whole thing. Jbay.
  6. Okay so you're pretty much admitting that you're voting based on a Fantasy Draft as opposed to an Anti-Fantasy Draft? If so, that's stupid. I've thought the voting has been retarded the entire time, so if that's the case it makes a helluva lot of sense.
  7. Kilo. I love the way his guys mesh together. He's got the best bench in the entire league. He's got a team that's built to stop LeBron. He's got six bigs there to defend the rim. Gasol may not be the best defensively, but he plays his heart out and leaves everything on the floor. David West is one of the best players that no one talks about, and Carl Landry might be the biggest steal in this whole thing. Kilo's bench is awesome, while WBs is pretty good, it seems more like a mess of talented guys who don't complement each other very well. His balanced attack will be too much for WB's one dimensional attack.
  8. not using mine either...
  9. One week is too long. I think everyone loses interest and we have issues getting people to vote.
  10. Kilo. He's got by far the best front court top to bottom in this entire thing. They can score, rebound, and stretch the defense. Morrow and Wall are good enough defenders to the point where I feel like they'll limit Roy and Paul to an extent. Kilo wins this series by front court domination.
  11. Thanks. This really brings to light how retarded people are at voting for this. By voting by position, you're completely ignoring everything except for individual talent. Basketball is a TEAM game. Sure Ital's team was much more talented than mine, but my unit was better than his. Past Rondo, his team has no elite defenders at all. My offense would give his defense fits. My defense would give his offense fits.
  12. Rondo and Westbrook are two of the best up and coming PGs in the league. Rondo is the better playmaker whereas Westbrook is far and away the more versatile offensive weapon. Defensively I'd say they're about equal. Then I have Rubio and Louis Williams, one is an awesome ball handler and the other is a very dynamic scorer. Chandler and Varejao are very versatile defensively and they will be able to play inside or outside against Nowitzki and Griffin. Aside from Rondo, I don't think Ital is very good defensively, where my team would crash and burn on them with my guys that can drive to the hoop (Westbrook, Lee, Williams), and dump it out to my perimeter shooters (Webster, Aldridge, Bargnani). Westbrook and Chandler would be a premier pick and roll combo, and Westbrook and Aldridge would be a premier pick and pop combo. I don't see how anyone can say that his bench is better than mine. I have the two most talented players (Bargnani, Varejao), and more role oriented players. Ital might have a little more talent than I do, but I firmly believe I have the better unit and would win a 7 game series.
  13. No one is allowed to vote for themselves. That's f***ing retarded.
  14. I'll keep coco alive here. Long term, Durant is the best player on the teams. The Martin, Beasley, Calderon, and Deng combo off the bench will be too much for WB's bench to handle. Bynum and Hansbrough will need to take the role of hackers in this series - which I think they're capable of - in order to stop James, Ginobili, and Collison. I think WB is too one-dimensional offensively and doesn't have enough defensively to advance here. I like Coco.
  15. YRTB. Solid offensively and defensively. Even if Ming gets injured, Gasol is a more than servicable center. He's got a scorer in Roy, a true PG in Paul, a versatile and athletic wing guy in Iguodala, and a up and coming power forward in Favors.
  16. I'll be posting here this year. I'm going to Vegas in March = I need to pay attention to CBB. Right now, I like UConn @ 75-1, those guys can score, but we'll see.
  17. B224074328738745932788 built a helluva team, but I think I like Jacoby's here. Jacoby has the defense to stop the backcourt that B22w/e built. Beubouis, Sefolosha, and Ariza should be able to contain B2809430's backcourt. Jefferson would dominate the post and Evans and Nelson would get their points. B8439324's team is just horrendous defensively, and I can't vote for a team like that.
  18. I'll break this down, but obviously my (and RSSFLs) votes don't count. Overall, RSSFL's squads biggest deficiency is their defense. Lee is his best defender probably, but will have a tough time defending against Chandler and especially Bargnani because he's such a good perimeter threat. I don't see anyone there that will really be able to stop my team from driving to the bucket either. Westbrook, Granger, and Lee will get there at will, and leave guys like Webster,DeRozan and Williams open for perimeter shots. Really the only thing that's going to suck about this is people voting by position. Basketball is a game built on team chemistry and how well the playing styles mesh with each other, not so much as which team has the best players (see Celtics vs. Heat this year). I just hope everyone remembers that when voting, because I didn't always pick the most talented player, I picked the best fits for my team.
  19. This opens up so much offensively. I can run a 3 back backfield, I can run short yardage, I can throw, I can run special packages, wildcats, etc. Offensively I knew I wasn't going to get the most talent since I focused on defense early, so I knew I was going to need to be versatile offensively.
  20. Julian Edelman, BU WR Adding another versatile guy to an already very versatile offense.
  21. Coco built a better team, top to bottom than Flynnatic. Coco's team has guys they can lean on offensively in transition and in the halfcourt. They'll be much better than Flynn offensively, especially with Martin off the bench. They can either run or play the slow game and I value that a lot in a team. Flynn's got great frontcourt defense, but Coco will be able to go with his good perimeter game to open up the inside.
  22. This is also not even considering the fact that I never missed a pick, did it timely 90% of the time and said that I thought Kilo's was better less than an hour after he posted it. Not sure why you're not going to count one of the first votes instead of waiting for someone to PM it to you when you have my vote. I was drunk when I said Kilo's team, so I just didn't bother PMing you cause I wasn't about to do anything I didn't feel like. When I saw that next time it was on you said my vote wouldn't count unless I PMed you, I find that absurd and ridiculous.
  23. Haha, I already voted. I voted for Kilo. Not sure why everyone's crying instead of starting the playoffs. I'm not PMing you out of principle. It literally doesn't matter how I vote, I voted, you know who I voted for, so get on with the damn thing instead of whining about it.
  24. Please don't hurt my feelings like that.
