If a user by user swear censor was implemented, would anyone use it? Basically if would create a master list of words to censor with ****, etc for the forum, and users could enable it or not based on their individual preferences. I think its a moderate amount of work to install, so I'll only do it if anyone expressed interest. Anyone?

Yea, if you tell someone to join the site and they put your username down in the "who told you about the site" category, you get a referral. It doesnt really do anything though.

On a completely unrelated note, how come no one can seem to quote other people correctly? I've gone through and fixed maybe 4 quotes already today....I didnt think it was so hard to use the correct tags.

Looking over HE's list there, it strikes me how downright mediocre the sox were in 2000-2002. And we thought we could win with players like those making up the bulk of our team? Theo really saved us from Duquette hell I guess. -
The only thing that irks me is Moss's reply to the 10,000 dollar question. 10,000 makes a big difference to a lot of people, and I hate it when athletes let the money get to their heads. As for the moon intself, I've seen worse, and Moss should not have been fined. This is all second hand, but I've heard that the fans were insulting players with racial epithets the entire game, and there is the traditional mooning of the opposing bus.

Now that I think about it, this is too true. It seems like as the yankees payroll increases, so does their failure. It's just annoying to see all good players landing in New York, but I guess if it doesnt lead to winning, who cares?

I don't understand how this could possibly draw any criticism from yankee fans. It will be one hell of a game. Schilling will have a shot at shutting 55,000 people in New York up, and RJ has a chance to beat down on more than just photographers. It will be a great game, especially considering the past between these two guys and what they have accomplished in their respective careers. It still would have been cooler, at least in my mind, to have Pedro face RJ in the ultimate showdown of the two most dominant pitchers of recent times, but Schilling will do.
