1. What was the last Sox deadline deal that exceeded the pricetag of Connelly Early?

3. On the very first mailbag, I asked if Mayer should be sent to AAA to fix his offensive issues. You stated that he was better off learning against MLB pitching. On last week’s podcast, you advocated for him to spend the rest of the season in AAA because he was rushed. What did you see over the course of the next few weeks that changed your mind?
