The article brings up a lot of good points. Two points I think are most excellent. 1.) depth. Seems like every year the bullpen gets burned out in the first half of the season and we never have enough depth to cover for injuries or poor performance. I think it is important to get the best prospect arms we can in Worcester so we have internal options in 2025! 
2.) competition. The more the better. As the article says, only the best performing young players get to many in Boston. The rest are depth. Competition forces these guys to have to perform to stay in Boston. I think we have tons of middle infielder competition and not so much elsewhere. Competition helps create depth too.
