I agree. If he comes back next year on that option, it's a great deal. If the deal was Aldo for 1.5 months of Schwarber, it's less of a great deal IMO.

 

I love how patient he is. He just has a command of the batters box. JD looks lost most of the time. Schwarber always looks confident.

 

Schwarber is not coming back on that option. He may come back but they will have to give him more money and more years. I would do it. He is a hitter they need to have in their lineup.
