Yup, Yanks just missed them. I wonder if Porcello has some deception in his release. Guys are swinging through 90 at the belt like he's throwing 99

Or that’s how baseball goes sometimes. He had some very good pitches last inning that went as balls and could have been strikes. And sometimes bad pitches work too. Happens with every pitcher.

Porcello is actually trying not to throw gopher balls and has thrown a lot of strikes. Plus, all things considered, that was a gutsy 2d inning and very smooth 3d. In a big game vs. the so-called arch rivals.

But is anyone besides me pulling for him? Nope. Funny thing is, I'm usually very critical of Porcello, but tonight I thought he looked pretty darn good in the 1st. Plus, foolish me, I'm pulling for the Sox to win this game.

f*** this ump!

f*** you to hell. Didn’t give Porcello that but gives the Yankees that. f*** off *******.

Well at least Nate knows what he wants to do. Probably does not have the stuff to get it done right now. But once he does, he does not exhibit confusion on the mound. Rick knows he cannot land that FB the way he was landing it for that magical year and a half and he really does not know what to do next.

Eovaldi will need 10 games or so to settle, but once settled, he is a better bet. No doubt.

That's a strike Brock

Lmao no it’s not. Porcello has at least 3 pitches just off that we’re called balls. This ump is inconsistent. Don’t let your yankee love blind you. You’re smarter than that.

That's on the corner in K zone. Porcello had a couple that were close to the corner, but none that were in the box. The ump who's been inconsistent is the 1b ump

Man, I wish we had SP'ers like the Yankees have!

Right on! Porcello just stinking up with those 7 runs in the 1st. Oh, wait.

It was just outside the corner actually. It didn’t touch the box.

No, I'm not. But tonight I'm pissed that no one but no one but me wants Porcello to do well. I'm serious when I ask, whatever happened to rooting for your own team and that includes Porcello?

I actually don't really know why either taam's hitters are swinging at anything. If they just rested the bat on their shoulders both of them would just walk everybody around until their Managers came out and rescued them.

...at least we have 3 SP'ers with an ERA at 4.10 or under.

We are going to win tonight, but Porcello sucks. Look at his numbers this season. He is what? 5 ERA pitcher?
