Not to single you out Yaz, but this stuff happens every SNB game. It honestly seems to me like multiple people on this board are sexist. That to me is the only explanation as to why you can't stand this crew. I hate A-Rod just as much as the next guy, but he's not a Yankee anymore, and he's more than a respectable broadcaster. Get over it. Mendoza is a phenomenal analyst. It's been proven time and time again. She gets nothing but positive marks from her ESPN co-workers. You don't have to like her, but don't not like her just because she's a woman calling a baseball game. In fact, get used to it.

 

I have nothing against A-Roid as an analyst. I think he does a decent job actually. Mendoza on the other hand, has a bad radio/broadcast voice, and her “analytics” are so obvious that it makes me squirm. She adds absolutely nothing whatsoever. Spare me the the “sexist” nonsense.. it’s not about that. ESPN used to have a terrific one two punch with Jon Miller and Joe Morgan. Jon especially. Gary Thorne used to be terrific for NHL Hockey Night in America as well. Jessica Mendoza and Matt Vasgersian are abysmal.

Jon Miller is my all time favorite.. followed closely by Vin Scully. Those two are untouchable.
