ERA of players that got the opportunity to make an impression:

Velazquez: 5.97

Brewer: 4.71

Weber: 5.12

Thornburg: 7.71

Smith: 6.35

Lakins: 6.43

Johnson: 12.71

Taylor: 10.80

Poyner: 15.75

Ramirez: 12.00

That 15.75 really stands out. Also based on those ERA's, I've been much too hard on Colten.

If they were horses, you would shoot them.

It's unfortunate that Wright won't be eligible for the PO's.

That's a keeper, SS. Steven Wright/Wrong may be the hero of the second half out of the pen, then can't pitch in the play-in game. Gotta love irony.

Just for inclusivity, add Shawaryn after this game. He may be the winner in that dog contest.

I'm still pissed the BRUINS lost last night. I'll be long dead before they are in that position again. Rask had one bad game in the series, while the first line had 5.

That was a classic opportunity for a good but not great team. The #1 line must be wondering where the games were held.

The first two goals weren't on Tukka. Goal 1 was redirected on a slapshot. Goal 2 was a 1 on 1 due to Marchand whiffing and going for a change. 3 and 4 didn't matter. 1 and 2 won the game

They asked Steve Wright if he was on a desert island, what book would he love to have?. Mr Wright answered "a book about how to build a raft."

Some BRUINS' fan posted that if the members of the 1st line weren't playing injured, the fans should remedy that right after Marshy, Bergy and Pasty leave the building.

Never seen such a pathetic performance then i remembered the 2011 Vancouver canucks. 8 years later the bruins s*** the bed. How ironic. We can talk about the blues goalie but there was ample time to get back in that game.

True, but how does that explain the disappearance of the 'perfection' line. I doubt that term will be used in the future.

The Bruins 1 line is a skill line. The Blues roughed them up. It's the easiest way to get a skill team off their game, scare them

Actually, the only NHL team close to great got eliminated in the 1st round.
