As good as the AB's were in the previous inning were, last inning they were mostly bad. Vaz swung out of the and compounded it by taking a called third strike, JBJ rolled over the first pitch for a weak groundout, Betts did well to get walked but then Beni struck out on 3 sub 90 mph fastballs that a major leaguer need to be able to get solid contact on. Not good.

The SOX right now are like a person whose been shot 6 times. Where do you start to stop the bleeding.

As great as Michael Jordan was in the 90s, he did play vs watered down talent. The competition in the 90s was not even close to the 80s. Some of the players that Jordan faced would have been sitting in the stands in the 80s or 70s.

Definitely agree with that. But I will admit back in the 80's when I did watch a lot of NBA games, I thought that of all the major sports, the NBA would have the best chance of keeping the talent level high. I was wrong about that, also.

Chavis overmatched by a lefty throwing sidearm. He's slipping deeper into no man's land, but still don't think he'll get sent down. FO and Cora appear fully committed.

Let's hear how WTF Cora blew this game.

Well he pulled Erod one out short of a Quality Start . There's that

It appears that after this game both KC and the O's will be 19-41. Wasn't that the year Teddy Ballgame hit .406?

And wasn't the MVP ?
