Unless Bogaerts tears it up this year, we can expect pitchers to finally stop pitching to Ortiz. There is no one behind him who can hurt pitchers with any regularity. It was amazing that they continued to pitch to him all of last year letting him beat and pummel their pitchers until the 6th game of the WS.
