So sad. If only he had hired Eli Manning and Ben Roethlisberger to babysit his son instead. Then the kid would never have been beaten.

 

 

But yeah, being that Peterson is nationally known, at least everyone in prison will know quickly that the guy beat a two-year old to death. I'm sure it will endear him to the lifers. ^^ Agreed. I always thought it was dumb when people criticized an athlete one way or another in situations like this. AD said he is going to play as playing football allows him to release a lot of stress.. Whatever decision AD made I'd respect it.

I agree with both of you as well. I have found work to be, on occasion, a welcome palliative during stressful or depressing times. It's entirely possible that Peterson feels the same way. That he'd rather be venting his emotions by playing football than by sitting at home. I wouldn't judge him for this choice. Only he knows how he's feeling and how he needs to cope, and as long as his methods don't involve beating the s*** out of random people or something, there really isn't any need for us to know.
