I just hope no one in the Sox lineup strikes out, cause if I have to hear "HE GONE" one more time, I'm going to take my computer out behind the shed and shoot it with a twelve gauge.

I wonder if Vic's back isn't still a little tender. He was just trying to dump that ball into the outfield...something he has become very good at doing. That time it looked like he just could not get down there to get his bat on the same plain with the ball. Making those plays in the outfield the other night looked so painful for him.

 

Dammit jung. Love ya and all. But quit worrying about injuries. :)

 

He is tough. He's not JD or Ells. Thank goodness.

He can't hit off speed away and he's getting fed off speed away all day.

 

Or just completely pulling middle in or middle pitches into the ground. His swing sucks. He's always a groundball hitter, but to get groundball hits he need to hit it well by the infielders.

I think Farrell will have to drop Ells in the order at some point. Ortiz getting AB's in the 1st inning with runners on is just too big a part of their offense.
