I always thought Palmer was pretty intolerable in the booth.

As far as Cook goes, there is needing to keep the ball down and unable to be effective if the ball is above the lower half of the knee....Cook seems not to be able to be effective if he hits the top of the knee.

A No-No would've been nice for Cook.

BTW, have I ever mentioned how I can't stand the O's announcers which includes Jim Palmer. Great pitcher. What an ******* homer. UGH!

Cheer up by looking at his old Jockey ads.

Cook had tons of time to make that play also. It almost looked like he crossed himself up and short circuited trying to figure if he should throw to Aviles or throw to the bag and ended up doing neither.

Cook is one of the few starters I think V has not given any time to out there. If he starts going south V gets him out of there quickly.

He is. The play by play guy is better than the regular one. 19 games a season I have to suffer through their s***. It's worse this season, imagine that.

That aside, Dan Duqette is doing a nice job with the O's. As is Showalter.

That won't help now that I know he's a douche.

Bing-bang-bong....5 runs just like that.

Watch when we come up.....it will be like we are trying to squeeze 3" diameter runs through a 2" pipe

Remember when we cared about winning?

Yeah and I remember winning on a fairly regular basis, up until Sept 2011.

Can we please get the 3rd out here? Jeeeeezus.....

After seeing what King Felix did today the Sox have to offer the Mariners anything they want for him. Take Lester, Beckett, Ellsbury, Crawford, top prospects, etc. Get it done...

The Red Sox let a starter who they released last year dominated them for 6 innings. Any marginal starter could shut them down these days.

Well as soon as Cook started to get the ball up, 2 runs was no longer enough. V probably would not have pulled Cook if he got out of that inning with a lead or tied. Will be interesting to see what the Sox do from here offensively. Lately every guy coming up once they get down like this is trying to hit the ball out and there are not many doing it.

Thank the baseball God's!!

Another excruciating 6th inning. Just like last night, but only a 3 run deficit. Please don't shut down offense.
