Laughable if you think you have a point after 539 PA against 5' date='395 PA.[/quote']

What does 5,395 have to do with anything? which is the most recent? If he signed in Houston and played like crap you may have a point.

Hahahahaha. Is this guy serious?!?!?

It's called a track record, and a large sample size.

Hey, hey man. What's last year got to do with anything? He's hitting .438 this year. What's more recent?

Hahahaha. Good argument dude.

Geez Mike this is a guy I thought you would eat up. What a disappointment he has been tonight and you guys know I am not an Aviles fan but my God. Protect the plate for crying out loud.

Yup. You're quoting less than 10% of his career and saying he's that kind of player now. That's not delusional at all...

Honest to God I almost just cannot take it anymore. I have no talent I had no talent but I swear on a stack of bibles I did not play that badly.

Was Crawford injured in 2011? No' date=' the cry baby just couldn't hit in the 7th hole? what a piss poor excuse.[/quote']

Ok. Not at all a change of market.

He had 1 off year. So now he's suddenly lost all of his talent?

Thank God you're not a GM. You'd be fired in about 5 minutes.

I'd certainly do better than giving a poor mans Ellsbury $142 million for 7 seasons making it the worst contract in baseball. Now it's priced our 30+ hr lead off hitter out of Boston.

No, you'd just sell off everyone and be the new KC Royals because you don't like media perception even though you don't know anything about them.

1. The game ain't over.

2. Should we loose, we can and probably win the series against blue birds, and we will still be on a great pace since the break.

It is a frustrating game and stinks to loose... but it happens.

I would agree with you if this game was an anomaly wyo but it is not an anomaly. It is getting to the point where you almost don't have to watch the games anymore. The script is the same over and over again. They can bash out some wins but can't buy a single run when they really need a single run. Their starters dig a hole for them almost every game it seems. If I had decided to do it I could probably have recorded a DP that was missed or an error that was made every single game this year. They just give the opponent to many outs to play with. How I wish this game were an anomaly. I would give anything for that to be true.

Jung, you are right..... really feels the same since last September. But I need to try to enjoy the games, its my main hobby to escape real life..... so I just keep being thankful we are over .500 and in position to make a run at getting into the playoffs. All things end, this run of so so baseball will end one day.

Hell I was an amateur and I could not have looked myself in the mirror without throwing up playing a game this badly.

Lose this game, and we're still 5-3 in the 2nd half. That's .625 baseball, which over 76 games would be 48 wins.

That would get this team to 91 wins and into the WC.

All is not lost, believe it or not. It does, however, suck really bad that they can't play better.
