Damn...I think you guys that have been suggesting that this is what we will likely see from Salty here on out might be right. Everybody he faces now just keeps feeding him same pitch same spot....they don't even make an effort to move his eye level up and down.

He sucks. Its nothing new. He got hot for a couple of games.

I've been saying it for 2 years.

You want to cheer the enemy on... I don't get it.

Youk is awesome but I don't want him driving cooks pc up or hitting grand slams or whatever. But hey, you're a WHITE Sox fan so I can't blame you.

He deserves our respect. He has given everything for the Red Sox. I don't care what stupid things you say about me, because I know what he did and I will show him respect for it. By the way, you see that Red Sox dugout? They were all cheering for him.

Well Ross is a pretty regular K against RH pitchers and Salty is just getting K'd by anybody that can find that particular spot....so ya' against a RH pitcher it could be a pretty big hole in the lineup. Stlll better to bunch your good hitters though and that does tend to leave a hole someplace else.

That's little league s*** right there. You're a freaking professional. Throw the ball to 2nd base. It's not hard. You throw the ball. You catch the ball. You hit the ball.

By the way, Middlebrooks should be hitting 5th against RHP.

Middlebrooks vs RHP: 128 PA - .306/.336/.545, 7 HR, 27 RBI

Ross vs RHP: 168 PA - .236/.311/.426, 6 HR, 23 RBI

Cook aimed that ball which I can see was not on your list there SFF

Yea I did think Salty was going to start to K like crazy as well....just did not want to claim it since for once I had plenty of company. So I thought I would acknowledge the company.

To be honest he is even K'ing more than I thought he would and I was prepared for some pretty ugly numbers.

I got sick of fighting with people about him. Its lonely company actually, there are only a couple of us who are outspoken about him.

Axelrod is dodging some bullets right now.

And strike 1 to Middlebrooks was terribly outside.

As I said, Laz Diaz has a very wide zone. Cook should take notice.

I admit I got a bit of Salty-mania last year, but considering how the pitching staff mysteriously wilts into nothingness when he is behind the plate, I've been advocating selling high on him for most of this season.

Axlerod up in the zone actually looks a little more hittable than Cook looks when he is up. Axlerods ball is dead flat at 80something MPH

in before the Ciriaco HOF ranting...

He's done more with the team in a week than Lillibitch has since he got here....
