He is. It was especially noticeable on the AB that Kinsler had where he got walked....

Holland seems to be dropping down often to the LH hitters. I guess he always has now that I think about it. Can make it real tough to hit and tougher for the ump to track the ball. The way home plate umps have gone so far this year, this guy has not been bad. First time we have not been totally off the wall by the 3rd inning.
