Reunion of Theo and Tito in Chicago

Anyone think their is a slight chance of Theo going to Chicago letting Mike Quade go from Manager position to bring in Theo?

 

Also what is the first order of business for Theo/Jed in the process of turning around the Cubs?

Aloha, just went to Oahu from 10/1 to 10/9 for our 10-year anniversary. Had a great time.

 

Don't know what kind of chance there is for it, but that would certainly be interesting. It would be a sort of litmus test for the Sox upper management if they did reunite. How bad would it look for them if the Sox continued some level of disfunction and the Cubs turned things around?

Theo is walking into a situation where he'll have to build the organization from the ground up. He has one young star (Castro) and that's it. He's not walking into a star studded team on the cusp of greatness like he did with the Red Sox. He'll need a manager that can teach and drill fundamentals-- that's not Tito's strong suit.

Its like getting in the same situation. I'm sure Theo wants to start fresh and do his own thing with these Cubs team. Bringing in Tito would be like bringing the whole Boston hooha along.
