Very annoying series though. It bothers me that we couldn't really outplay the Guardians. At this point I would be pleasantly surprised with 2/3 wins from the Yankees this weekend.

Yup... very annoying series. Very surprised Red Sox didn't pull off 3 out of 4. The offense was average at best.

Seriously, I loved the Crawford signing as much as anyone else and still think he's going to be huge for us the majority of his deal, but right now I'm just not seeing it from him. He's flailing at way too many balls out of the zone... got to find some plate discipline and the hits will follow. Needs to remember his speed is useless unless he's on base or in the OF. Walks are almost as good as hits with him.
