RBI are a situational outcome.

 

If Cabrera had so much more range, it would be reflected in his UZR, where Peralta leads him -2.2 to -8.0 in the range component of UZR.

 

He is a better baserunner, but that's not enough to overcome the fact that he is inferior in the two more important categories (offense/defense).
