lol, to be honest I'm expecting to see Miller grow into a consistent low-pressure role for us at the bottom of the rotation. If he can stabilize his spot, it will afford us the tiniest bit of slack. Beckett is going to need to continue dominating.

I don't think Lester leaving has to do with him feeling ill, they would have mentioned that as soon as he left.

I'm not one to panic, but it is rather strange that they haven't said anything. Even if he left with an injury, you'd think they would have mentioned something like "shoulder tightness" or "cramps" by now. I'm starting to wonder if this was really something strange, perhaps there's a family emergency or maybe he just heard that Casey Anthony was found innocent.

I just thought the same thing and while I'd like to think it wasn't someone isn't technically considered "cured" until they've been in remission for 5 years. He could have just gotten the result from some bloodwork, labs usually close on the holidays.
