And to think, a month ago there were people who were saying this team was done, and that they were done watching this team. How overpaid this "mediocre" team was. I won't name names, but this will be the one and only time this season I say shame on you for being so fair-weather, and shame on you for thinking this lineup was going to perform like this all season.

I'm pretty sure the Red Sox will be the top team in the AL without either one of those guys. Right now the Sox are just playing up to expectations, although I agree we should get Beltran, this lineup would be just insane with him.
