Running up 6-0 when Francona is clearly waving the white flage by leaving Lackey out there should earn Wells one in the ear next time up.

We should have been 15-15 to start with coming into the game. Last nights game was ******** and now this game we just don't have s***. No pitching or offense. Both are off today. The quest for the .500 record continues...

Do us all a favor. Go take an hour long shower please.

Get Lackey the f*** out of this game. Seriously. Is 6 ER over 4 IP really not enough??

You think this game is winnable? You are joking, right? He's out there to save some workload on the BP, who had to throw 8 IP last night and doesn't have another off day until next Thursday. Of course, f***stick can't even do that.

I'd say let Lackey pitch nine innings. Let him humiliate himself' date=' he deserves it.[/quote']

Winner, winner, chicken dinner. The rest of the pitching staff should be saved from wasting effort in this mess.

Really? 8-0 and you're taking extra bags? Seriously?

Yup. One in the ear for a Halo is certainly justified.

Sorry. That's just such a complete bush league play. Taking 2nd when your team is up 8-0 and then taking 3rd because there are two injured players?

That's ridiculous.

For now on when this team has flashes of brilliance I will not be sucked into thinking they've turned it around or are good. They are just trolling. This team is pretty pathetic.

Honestly, it is hard for me to blame them. 15-2 in the last 17 games against Boston? They had two no-nos going this week, and still lost one of those, and nearly lost the other.
