He should throw his body in front of the ball. That's the best chance he has at getting on base.

 even then he'd probably find some way to fly out

Something has got to give with Crawford... he's too good of a hitter for this s*** to carry on for the first half of the season. Best thing Tito can do right now is keep him in one spot and stop moving him around everyday. Just let him get consistency... best spot is where he is right now, or lower.

I just got back from the Boston Marathon. My first time going out there, and as a marathoner, I couldn't believe how crazy it is, even in the suburbs. I ran Philadelphia, which runs right through the city, and it had nowhere the kind of crowd support. I ended up walking by a guy with a radio tuned to WEEI, and I stood ten feet away from him for a while. I've decided I'm definitely running it next year.

Great. My Uncle runs it every year, he says it's something else. Especially cause he's a Sox fan from Ontario, being in Boston is awesome for him.

I had a feeling after the 2-10 start that the sox would reel off three straight wins. The west coast always kills the sox, so they may come back 7-14 or something like that before going on a big run

Classic....

I knew this would happen, so it doesn't bother me, but I still predict a bleak near future.

This feels like another game where we should be winning 6-0 or 7-0. Seems like we're getting runners on base and even in scoring position just about every inning but can't push them across. <_>

That's how it's been. We have to take advantage of these offensive opportunities we're getting. Like, when is Daisuke ever gonna pitch this good again? No one knows.

Nice! We were overdue for ninja Dice-K to make an appearance.

Would it be possible to clone Jed Lowrie and have him hit in all 9 spots? I look forward to the post-game Tito sound byte: "I think probably you want to try to get him in there."

So... why hasn't Drew been leading off?

Looks like a new leadoff hitter to me.

Ive been saying this since spring training. He has the best on-base skills on the team.

Don't forget "He's hitting pretty well. That's exciting"
