Back to the trading for a good catcher thing... I don't see any good catchers on the market in 2012 Free Agency class. The guy I would love for them to get is Yadier Molina, but he has a 2012 option.

Yep, a fly ball to anywhere in the outfield would have been suitable. They used 3 outs to not do that. Frustrating.

Really? Why not? He's got a laser of an arm and seems to handle the pitching staff pretty well. Not great offensively but behind the dish he's a rock.

There really isn't. This team has made a really valiant effort to find/develop catchers but there just isn't anything elite to be found.

I think those of us who are still around are at least somewhat optimistic that we can keep watching this team throughout the summer. They do look like s***, but if you're going to write them off then find something better to do with your time. I certainly will when I've buried them.
