It easily could of been worse. Throwing nearly 100 pitches in only 5 innings is terrible. He threw like 5 or 7 strikes in the first 2 innings. The guy is s***. He has had 1 good season, the rest have ranged from alright to mediocre. I mean, he has a 1.40 WHIP in his career. That's s***.

Who knows. I personally think they weren't ready for April. But maybe the pitching really does suck. can't throw strikes at times. If you look at Oaklands history in April their pitching sucks then they dominate. Thing is by the time they get hot they are 20 under 500

and it's too little too late. 1-6 right now down 4 runs with our second best pitcher makes me think Oaklands laughing at us right now.
