I don't know anyone willing to drive 2 hours to get to Ft.Myers. I think they play March 5th. I've been dying to see the Sox play.
They play some games on the east coast of Fla that would be closer to you.

I should already have it. Here in Florida when your 15 you can get a learners license(drive with an adult for a year. Requirement to get your license). I got it last summer when I turned 16 so I have to wait until I'm 17. That's what I get for being lazy.

Spring sales surge for Sox

Posted by Peter Abraham, Globe Staff January 8, 2011 10:12 PM

This info from the Red Sox:

The Boston Red Sox sold more than 29,000 tickets during the first day of 2011 Spring Training ticket sales, with approximately 2,450 purchased at the City of Palms Park Ticket Office windows.

Sales started this morning at 10 a.m.

Today's window sales were the highest in six years, and, as of 7 p.m. the number of tickets sold was the third highest one-day total in team history. The record one-day total of 32,000 tickets sold was set in 2006 for the 2007 season.

2011 Red Sox Spring Training tickets are still available, and can be purchased online at http://www.redsox.com, by phone at 888-REDSOX6, and at the City of Palms Ticket Office Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

It's not just a coincidence that the FO has gone on the biggest spending spree since they took control.

A700 how much did you pay for your tickets? My mind is set on buying somewhere in the 100 sections which would cost around 60-80 bucks. I won't catch it in Ft.Myers because it's a long drive but I'll head over to a Sox game in Jupiter when they play the Marlins.

I got reserve tickets behind home plate. I bought them on line the first day they went on sale. They are $23 face, but each set cost $59 after S&H and convenience charges. Those fees are such a ripoff.
