its the longest streak since Mats sundin had a 30 gamer in 1991 , only 6 other players in NHL history has had a longer streak than his

I'm a huge Crosby fan so that would explain how I know about the streak .

 

Crosby was born and raised 2 hours away from me and I followed him until he hit the NHL,

 

when he was playing in the QMJHL with Rimouski I ALWAYS made sure I saw him play when he was in town and never missed a chance to see him play .
