Since I'm going to be stuck doing some work for a little while, I figured that I'm going to make an executive decision on RSSFFL's pick. He sent me a few picks last round (one of which was his last round pick) and one of which is still available. At this moment I also have Dipre and Exman's picks, and since I'm going to be out for a bit, if RSFFL came on and make his pick while I was away, I'd be stuck with Dipre and Exman's picks and they might not make them in the interim.

 

In addition, seeing that it's Saturday, I figured that RSFFL would have been online to change his pick anyway, so that's why I waited a bit.

 

In any case, he'll take Kerry Wood RP 10.5 million

 

Dipre will take Daniel Schlereth RP 400k

 

and Exman will take JP Arencibia C 400k

I liked Arencibia from what I saw, but like Hellickson, I would have taken him if this was a 3-5 year in the future draft rather than an upcoming season draft.

Yeah but for a back up catcher and it being the 20 round i think it is worth a risk it was between him and another catcher

At this point, I would take a lot of gambles on backup players, since even if they don't pan out they probably will be about as bad as most other backup players.

In all fairness, while the pick before you was made at 9:50am, I didn't wake up until close to 11, and I didn't get Dipre's pick until a while after that, so not much time was lost in transition waiting for your pick. I just figured that on a Saturday, that you'd have been online earlier, but no harm, no foul.

I'd also suggest changing your User CP settings so that you can only receive visitor messages from friends, or nobody at all.

Damn it. I accidentally screwed up when I was helping Divinity find a reliever. For some reason I thought his salary was 1.5 million, but it in fact was 4.25 million. In that case, since it was my fault, if it's ok with everyone I'll add the difference to my salary instead of his, since it was my fault. Either that or we could have Divinity pick a different reliever if he wants.
