if you see someone youtube gently tapping the seam of a coconut, cracking it open in a couple minutes and telling you how easy it is to do, don't believe them. they've had lots and lots of practice

Banana Sip-Sop

1 cup milk or light cream

2 shots dark rum

2 tbsp. grenadine

3 tbsp. cream of coconut

1 tsp. ground nutmeg

1 banana

3 cups crushed ice

Mix all ingredients (except banana) until all the ice is well-blended.

Add banana and blend for 10 to 15 seconds.

(For a nonalcoholic version, exclude the rum.)

(To make it correctly, add two shots of vodka)
