Important questions:

If Victor Martinez has improved ay catcher and has begun limiting the running game, why bitch about him?

If Bill Hall has gotten the job done as a MIF, and the sample size is obviously inconclusive as to create any sort of assesment about his performance, why bitch about it?

If Scutaro or Pedroia got hurt, you'd have the option of bringing up a MIF to replace either of them anyway, why bitch about the lack of a roster spot?

If Lowell's clearly getting traded sooner rather than later, why bitch about it?

If the team's winning, and closing in on the WC and division, why keep bitching?

Food for thought.

Thank you!

The bitching has been minimal today with the large lead and lack of certain posters. Kind of refreshing. :)

Whether it's the mythical beast known as the RBI, seemingly pathological dislike for certain players (regardless of performance) to the point of making stuff up and proclaiming superiority over this team's front office, to complaining about every possible little thing, the annoyance factor created by the now re-christened (used to be "WATCH THE GAMEZZZ!!!!") "BITCH,BITCH,BITCH" squad has reached historical proportions.

I wish for once, just once, when some baserunner is lazily taking 2nd base in the last inning of a blowout, the catcher would say, "I got your indifference right here, sucka!" and nail him to end the game. That would be beautiful.

As I mentioned earlier. A better Fox broadcast w/out Buck. This guy actually does play by play.

I have the spanish broadcast from the Dominican broadcast CDN, both guys on the booth today ,Kevin Cabral, (who also works ESPN) and Osvaldo Suncar (who also does NBA broadcasts) are actually quite knowledgable, insightful and enjoyable.

No doubt. I've chosen to log out lately rather than read/attempt to respond to the "BITCH BITCH BITCH" crowd. It is tiresome....exhausting.....********.....

I saw that happen in Winter Leagues once.

Very cool. Makes a big difference IMO.

Paps makes it interesting but gets it done.

Love this TEAM.

Lot of heroes today (yes, I am contributing to the dumbing-down of the word 'hero'). Drew, Nava, and the whole bullpen, for starters.

Ugh-- it's after midnight here so I'm going to hit it. 'Night, all.

Oh' date=' I forgot one thing. We hung 9 on Moyer and 9 on Blanton. I don't see any reason not to do the same to Hamels tomorrow![/quote']

He doesn't suck? :)

By the way, Doiji totally blew a load over Nava's performance today, he's been hyping him since last year.

Lord yes, I think anyone would have under the circumstances. I took a lot of mockery for my position on Nava, it's nice to get some vindication there.

Sorry about that. You don't have to do that any more. I'll go.

Hamels is about average for a NL pitcher this year. Last time out, he failed a no-hit bid in the 8th with 121 pitches, and I would bet his body is wiped from that. Plus, that was against the Padres. It'll be closer to 4-6 runs than 10-12

Now Nava and Kouzmanoff can compare notes as the only guys to do that. Pretty neat. Who heard the call on WEEI? O'Brien was talking about Castiglione telling this kid during the pregame show to swing at the first pitch, because youll never get another chance to, and he was interrupted by him doing exactly that.

I don't think anyone should feel the need to leave. As long as you show the other posters respect, which you do, then it shouldn't really matter what you want to talk about. No one should feel the need to leave a public message board because a few people don't like the way they post.
