They looked better in OT, no doubt about that. Sadly, I missed the rest of the game.

 

But considering Canada was a heavy favorite coming into these games, and the United States certainly wasn't expected to be in this position... can't be too upset about it.

Damn, oh well, the US gave it their best shot and almost won gold, considering that everyone wrote them off from the beginning. The US still did great and had an amazing showing at the Olympics. Beating Canada in their own house at their own sport was too much to ask for this time.
