I am having jitters that Tito will start Tek in the play-offs. To have any chance in post-season - I am praying Tek goes to DL.

 

If Tito starts Tek at all in the playoffs i will shoot myself...

It is not about 1 game - getting Penny, Smoltz and Rocco is not the right response on screwing up on Tex.

I don't think so - not based on results. He has developed a good farm - that is it.

Now - I am assuming his being better than Pirates GM does not make him 1 of the best.

Ah, in come the qualifiers.

 

 

Unfortunately, he's still won a world series since then.

 

I know - that year our benchwas horrible. We sort of lucked out that there were no major injuries.

 

Tito did try to f it up by insisting not to play Ellsbury. Last year - he did f it up.

regarding the comments on obtaining Vlad, all I have to say is no, he cant play the field and swings at everything, and I think because of that when his bat speed inevitably starts to tumble his numbers wont just drop a little like most aging sluggers i think his numbers will plummet due to how many bad pitches he swings at.
