Apparently emotions can't be kept in check. Just look at Kevin Youkilis.

There's no doubt he was provoked, but his reaction was way over the top.

Never letting that go, are ya?

Still, you don't know the circumstances to it makes no use to speculate on them.

f***IN BC MORONS!

lol, so it makes no sense to say he deserved to get punched in the face. It goes both ways.

Right or wrong, the correct thing to do was to not punch him in the face. He was wrong no matter what was said.

I'd have to agree with most of what's being said. The Boise State guy was an idiot for talking s*** without his helmet on and even shoving the other player, and THEN turning his head away as if the Oregon player isn't going to respond. While I'm immature and would have hit the Boise State player in that scenario, I don't consider it to be the right move. He jeopardised a future career and his spot on the team (as he's now suspended for the season) and made a fool of himself on television. I will say that the Boise State player deserved some kind of physical contact and ensuing punishment, but punching him in the fact isn't the right answer, even if I would have done it in that scenario. But I'm a sore loser. Not proud of it, but at least I'm honest and self-aware.

Wait wait wait, how do you know the boise state player wasn't saying good game or something and maybe the oregon player had anger problems?

.... he obviously didn't say good game. Are you aware of the pregame comments that Blount made? It has everything to do with the fact that the dumbass couldn't back up his words and his team got its ass kicked last night. The Boise St. player decided to rub it in like an idiot (as if their play didn't do all of the talking), but he didn't deserved to be socked in the face. That's the only reasonable scenario I can imagine.

You know what's sad? Blount may have just thrown away a possible NFL career. He was ranked as the #2 RB according to ESPN, and a projected 2nd or 3rd round pick. And now he may not even be drafted. All because of this.

Anyone remember back in '07 when Robert Dozier and Pierre Niles of Memphis (basketball) tried to go in the stands and fight a bunch of UAB fans? This is exactly what this situation reminded me of.

Blount will still get a late round flier from an NFL team' date=' just like all the other jackass f*** up college football players.[/quote']

I agree. If there's any sport where you can get away with stuff like that, it's American Football. Look at the arrest records for the Cincinnati Bengals players for instance.

Depending on my success there I might throw something down on VT +6.5, should be a closer game than that, don't like the o/u (37) there, too much of a close call, not a big enough difference between 21-20 and 20-17, won't touch that, but I think VT could have good value at +210.

Also like LSU/WashU under 52.5, and BYU +23

Never mind about Paulus. He threw that ball very well.

I'm actually thinking that Paulus looks pretty good as a QB. He's got good speed, a good arm and seems to have good composure in the pocket.

Northern Iowa is driving on Iowa with 1:13 remaining. Iowa up 17-16.

Come on you Panthers!

I'm guessing you have money on this game?
