Noooo you should defenitly be calling me some kind of name in your limerick.

Limericks are SO easy. All you have to do is rhyme the last words of the 1st, 2nd and 5th line together and rhyme the last words of the 3rd and 4th line together. I know you can do it!

I liked Jim Kaat doing color for the Sox over the weekend. That sticks it to the Yanks a bit.

I'll always remember Kaat as a Twin. Along with Dean Chance and Bert Blylevin.

So far my money on Bay

Has generally been thrown away

His slump makes me sad

he's playing so bad

trade him for Holliday

There once was a man named Don

Who analyzed pitchers named Jo(h)n

His voice was so smooth

My virgin ears it did soothe

And gave me a perplexing hard on

Now that's a proper Limerick.

This is on par with Lowell being a steed.

He started the next to last game of the season for the Twins against the Sox in 1967 and blew out his elbow around the 4th inning.

I don't remember the elbow detail. But I remember the Twins were in it (the race) up until the end. What a great season.

This issue I have I must share

Those reading this please beware

I ignored words of warning

Now my broken seal I am mourning

Why didn't I pea with more care?

Since some won't get this...

Well I'm glad all our talk hasn't freed you

Of the comfortable fact that we need you

But I just had to say

You had this all the way

So welcome back, Mikey, you steed you!

Don't go losing your head

If I understand what I read

If you busted a seal

I've got a good deal

Use a walrus instead

Smoltz is really looking good tonight. He's at 74 pitches now, hopefully he can give us 2 more scoreless frames.

Millwood is at 90 pitches, lets knock him out of the game and hurt their pen.

Wow' date=' Smoltz can barely break 90.[/quote']

Yeah, but I'm not too concerned. He had been sitting at 95mph in most of his previous starts. His location this game is much improved from his previous starts.

What a "privilege"

I don't know how much exposure you've had to french culture, but they eat and drink better than any other culture in the world. The cheaper restaurants and bars in Quebec are on par with the nicer ones here in New York.

And I don't know about you, but restaurants and bars are some of my favorite things.

Just another reason why getting Halladay would be a bad move.

You're doing your very best Doiji impersonation.

And it's just as, if not more annoying.

Yeah, Smoltz has done pretty horribly, huh?

If you notice, you never see me and Doji in the same post. Coincidence?

Dude sometimes you just gotta piss

More beer will get you over this

Just go between innings

Don't go where you're sitting

We'll tell you if anythings missed

Uh-oh. The self proclaimed 5 star gastronomy of Quebec.

I sampled as much of it as I could while in Quebec City for a week. Sorry Dutch. I've had better food in Delaware.
