She hadn't posted. I was trying to encourage her to do so. There are what, over 4000 members. Of which, only a comparative handful post on a regular basis. I think it's a good idea to try to involve more people on the board. It may "dilute" the content, but ultimately may serve to preserve the community.

Agreed, but you're not diluting anything at all when you're trying to get others to join in. I appreciate how you try to involve those who are silently hovering around.
