The Boston Bruins signed forward David Krejci to a multi-year contract extension on Tuesday.

 

The contract is a three year deal at $3.5, $3.75 and $4 million per year, respectively.

Quite the opposite. With the bonus cushion Kessel should be affordable now with in the worst case scenario one of the third liners needing to move to make room.

 

This is a great signing. It's actuallly significantly less (about 500K/year) than I thought they'd get him for.

Like many of us I thought we'd have to choose between Krejci and Kessell and now, we may be able to keep both. Awesome.
