Just regular grated parmesan and romano, store brand. I have no idea what pancetta is.

Why the hell is Lugo holding the ball so long? Is he going to raise it and put it through college or something?

I think he is suffering from some cognitive dysfunction. Maybe he's just f***ing stupid.

The Sox talked openly about "working on his footwork" at short when they acquired him.

I think he just does not react intuitively. He sucks.

Lugo has my brain/reflexes message-speed time.

Difference is, I'm not playing baseball.

Pancetta is the Italian equivalent of Bacon. But it IS NOT bacon. It's a cured ham much like procuoitto (sp). Mild, not smokey. Very thinly sliced. You can get it in the deli section of most grocery stores. Stop&Shop has it. A little pricey, but a little goes a long way flavor-wise.

I just spotted a hitch in Drew's swing mechanics.

He's doing the same thing he was doing through most of 2007, he's not keeping his head still when beginning his swing, and that makes it difficult to keep your hands back on off-speed stuff, he got flustered on the slider, and overswung on the 4-seamer, they need to get that fixed ASAP.

I'll stick with bacon. I love bacon.

That's the smartest thing I've ever heard anyone say about anything...

I LOVE bacon. Especially thick sliced. Pancetta is a different ham. I guess I'll just have to invite everyone over for a game and prepare some pasta with pancetta! Maybe some capers as well.
