mr crunchy says

As ive said 10xs here, burnett was the pick of the litter and if he stays healthy will be their #1 come september,i cant see sabby sucking this bad all year but i do think he was over worked, over paid and unhappy having to pitch in ny...I do think wang is an issue that wont be solved anytime soon, i think petitte is over the hill and i think joba is a volatile young man who has too much david wells and not enuff jonathan paplebon to reach his peak...Their bullpen is f***ing atrocious with rivera being the exception and once again they will need their offense to score a ton for them to be a division competetitor and they do have the sticks to stay in the hunt...

ok there is a tad truth in that pile of ___

I'll give you the benifit of doubt an assume you posted most of that

because it was fun, and not that you actually believed it

I think it could be fun if you were to expand on this part

Whats their to expand on?

Joba hasnt accomplished jack s*** inspite of the team bending over for him, making that assinine Joba rules thing and then watching him get hurt yet again.

Hes booked for DUI and proceeds to lambaste everything in NY from Yogi Berra to the citizens of NY.

Hes like the Boomer, the 6'4 320lb son of a hells angel who got his teeth punched down his throat by a 5'2 dago named rocco gravalese for mouthing off in a diner at 5am..

Big, burly and a loud mouthed ****.

Joba has impressed with his velocity but hasnt hit the next level, what we refer to as consistancy.

With Monday's rainout, Chien-Ming Wang will have his start skipped this week.

This isn't a surprise with Wang's mind-exploding 34.50 ERA and 0-3 record to start the campaign. Andy Pettitte will go Tuesday with CC Sabathia pitching Wednesday, followed by an off-day and then Joba Chamberlain and A.J. Burnett going Friday and Saturday, respectively. Bank on Wang being the odd-man out when future rainouts occur.

Any chin music for Youk on Friday from old buddy Joba? Chamberlain thus far has proven to be a 5/6 inning pitcher, lets see how he does if the Sox offense keeps rolling. Lester is getting the start that day

Wang to start in Extended Spring Training

By Mike Axisa

Via Pete Caldera, Chien-Ming Wang will make his next start down in Tampa in Extended Spring Training. Assuming he starts on regular rest, he’ll make his EST appearance on Thursday, and that will be used to determine if he’ll make his next scheduled start for the big league team. That start would come next Tuesday in Detroit, and Phil Hughes lines up perfectly should Wang not be able to go.

They make a little blue pill for when the Yankees aren't able to get their Wang to go.

how did Joba prove himself to be a 5 inning pitcher? He has made 2 starts, one went 6IP, the other 4.2IP. Its two starts, one was solid, the other not so much. Not enough to make a comment about him proving his endurance one way or the other.

CMW to the DL...

The Yankees will place Chien-Ming Wang on the DL prior to Saturday's game.

No word yet on what injury they've made up, but MLB really doesn't care much about that kind of thing. David Robertson will be recalled to add some bullpen depth for the weekend, and Phil Hughes will probably be brought up to start in Wang's place next week.

ESPN says theyll call it weakness in the abductor muscles in his hips

this happens a lot. He rehabbed the foot to the point of it being strong, but the rest of his leg isnt strong enough. He'll need to rehab his entire lower half. And it might take a long time.
