Who should he have put in instead?

Ok' date=' So Timlin can pitch with an 8 run lead[/quote']

Yeah, he'll only give up about 4-5 runs before he's pulled, giving us all a massive coronary in the process, before Papelbon or Masterson comes in and pulls us out of cardiac arrest.

Or, you know, zero.

I'm almost worried we'll over-focus on winning the division instead of resting our starters which served so well last year. I would almost rather concede than go into the final week having Lester etc. going deep into games.

you wonder when looking at kazmir last night if the mets had seen something in his psych profile that would move them to trade the young stud for a suck bag like victor zambrano.

i worked on beacon street in the same building as harvey kooperman,a shrink who would be flown all over the nation to interview prospects, potential draft pix and sought after free agents.

the man who pitched for tampa last night was completely disinterested in the game at hand and if you cant get up for the biggest game in their franchise history what then will it take to get motivated?

he was god awful opening the game with 9 straight balls to get to papi??

the over under was 8 last night.

mr crunchy laid the wood in and made a killing, then he decided that the under in the cowboys game was just as easy...somedays its diamonds and some days its stones.

look for beckett to run thru these guys like s*** thru a goose tonight.

you played the under last night?

Why?

Re: kazmir- I don't think he was disinterested- I think he was frozen out of the strikezone. The ump was calling strikes that he called balls earlier in the game- those first 3 ABs it looked like there was a 3 inch by 3 inch strikezone- that'll rattle lots of pitchers.

i played the under in the nfl game because the eagles defense had owned the cowboys, romo in specific over the last 4 games....took the eagles from 6.5 to 12.5 and under 52.5.

it was house money

i had the stones to go over the sox game which was at 8 and +105.

dice looked very sharp by the way,the other guy fortunetly left his head at home.

that total was made before the football game started thankfully because much to my amusement they were on pace for 160 points with 10 to play in the 2nd quarter.

do you really think a legitimate argument can be made that the Sox have been over-working their starters?
