Brutal line up tonight. Volquez should eat us alive.

The game will not be over for at least another nine innings. Right now, I foresee a pleasant but slightly boring game. ;)

Come on Pedroia' date=' at least get the runner over...poor AB.[/quote']

Pedroia induced the pitch that got Ellsbury to second base...same as a Sac Bunt.

More to the point, Pedroia made solid contact for a change, even if it was a hard grounder to SS. :)

Haha yes I'm sure that Pedroia's intimidating figure caused the wild pitch. Either way at least we scored that inning!

Ellsbury created that run 100% by himself.

Dude, read Dustball's post.

Obviously, the image of Scrappy-Doo wielding a bat was intimidating to an unfamiliar young NL pitcher. ;)

 Right, I forgot, Pedroia's 5'9" figure made Volquez piss himself.

I don't think that I'd ever seen that play before on a steal. That's why I love this game. After watching for 40+ years, I will still see something new.

Remy didn't sound optimistic about Ortiz's return.

True, but Remy isn't a sports medicine professional.

Dunn turned a fly out into a left-field triple.

Wow...infield in. That's a tribute to Tim Wakefield--you wouldn't see an AL team doing this in the fourth inning, but the Reds don't know Timmay.

Darn. Lowell pops up.
