88? Oh yeah, the ESPN2 coverage. I don't get that (which is in HD) here in FL. I'm stuck with FSN Florida (in SD). The tops I've seen is 86.

I don't get the big swings from the Rays. He's throwing less than one FB to each batter right now. Nothing but 69 - 79 mph curves and changes. Hang back and go to town, it's not like he going to sneak the 85 mph express by you while you wait.

So clearly the Rays are not a breaking ball team. Every swing is off-balanced and ugly...not like they don't know its coming.

Bartlett, DiFelice, Aybar, Gomes. I'll give you Crawford, Pena, and Upton....but this is not a good lineup

Gomes and Iwamura are still good hitters. Tampa was smack dab in the middle of the league last yr in runs and BA and 5th in the AL in OPS. I have a feeling they reproduce that.

Don't agree. Replacing Delmon Young and Brendan Harris with Cliff Floyd and Jason Bartlett won't improve your team offense.

 

...Eric Hinske was batting 5th against Mussina, not Floyd.....5th....Hinske....yeah
