No, I moved here from Groton about a year ago. My girlfriend wanted to stay in the city and the cheapest rent was here in everett. Not a fan of the city though. I heard it was a great place at one time, but even in the one year I've been here I've noticed that its decline. A lot of violence lately(mainly drug busts, gang violence and assaults), it'll sure be dubbed the north shore dorchester in no time.

 

We plan on moving out as soon as the other half gets a job.

I see. The only reason I asked is that Everett High's football team is insane. We scrimmaged them during the pre-season and stuck with them, but I know that they're ranked #1 in the state year in and year out.

They're still undefeated this season.

Yeah. They're that good. I think they're in the Top 25 in the country. They just have way too much damn speed. Their D-Linemen are so small, but they matchup well against big guys because they're just too fast.

 

They'll probably go undefeated and roll right into the superbowl, and win it convincingly. I want to play them again because I really feel like we could beat them, but we don't play them during the regular season. Prep schools don't play public schools unfortunately. They only scrimmage them in the pre-season.

 

Oh, they have a cupcake schedule too. I'm not sure how much that matters though...they're legitimate enough. Have you ever seen them play at Everett Stadium?

Top 25? I didn't know that! Wow! I used to be a supporter of the North Middlesex Regional Patriots cause my Nashoba Tech vikings were horrible. I always thought the pats were gods, until I saw these guys play.

 

I've never seen a game, but I've seen practice and scrimage, which is convincing in itself.
