He's using the good part of his BP. Perez is a very good RP, then he has Lewis and Betancourt. Those 3 carried their BP this year. I'd prefer he use those three good arms that are used to doing it in lieu of a guy with zero relief appearances all year. This isn't to say I don't think CC could come in and perform as an RP, but it is an atypical situation, and not one we know how he reacts to. Some guys like their routine.

Some guys like their routine.[/quote']If he brough in CC, he'd rest his bullpen if nothing else and he'd have Carmona and a full rested pen on Wednesday. I think Sabathia is better than everyone in his pen. I can't see not utilizing both Sabathia and Carmona in these last 2 games. If he's trying to setup his rotation for the ALCS, he may learn a very bitter lesson.
