Just heard on ESPN that Gibbs didn't even know about the tribute to taylor at the beggining of the game (10 men on field) it was the DC that did it........Joe not exactly running a tight ship.

Baltimore just might be able to pull this one out tonight. They give you a lot of looks defensively that no other teams do/can, so that may confuse Brady enough... but that offense of theirs is dreadful.

There are quite a few Baltimore Ravens on the defensive side of the ball that are playing with a very heavy heart as well.

Getting kept out of the endzone on that first drive was not what they wanted to do. I still think they should have gone for it on fourth down though - even if they didn't make it, the Ravens' offense would have had to go 99 yards for a TD. That's a feat that's most likely not going to happen.

Good point.

I absolutely love this from the Patriots... offense was getting shut down so they came out and are going no huddle this drive... and it's working. Great move by New England.

Awful penalty. Stop 'em on third and get called for defensive holding. Ugh.

Terrible penalty that leads to the TD. Brady wasn't even going to Welker, so that call on Ivy was even worse. That would have kept the Pats out of the endzone and would have been huge, again, for Baltimore. But you can't give the Pats a second chance, or they'll hurt you. I think they finally get their heads on straight in the second half. That drive looked a lot better.

I will say this though, Boller's playing a hell of a game. He's managing the game well enough to keep Brady off of the field as long as he can. Good stuff from him.

What a tackle by Winborn on Benjamin Watson to hold 'em about a yard from the first down. That was beautiful because he looked like his momentum carried him past him, so he just locked onto his legs.

That was quite the tackle. It kept looking like Watson was gonna lunge and get the first down, but Winborn kept hitting him.

Yikes, Reed INT, then he fumbles it 30 or so yards after. Pats ball, lucky.

That was a gift from Ed Reed. Yikes.

By the way... the Dolphins are really going to do it, aren't they? 0-16 looks inevitable if the Jets blew them out.

Boller, and the Ravens offense in general, is looking pretty good. Willis McGahee is real good... as I say this, he scores. McGahee is getting a few more yards out of each carry then it looks like he will.

He's one of those guys playing with a heavy heart. Let's put it this way...this game is going to come down to the wire.

I've seen crazier things than the Pats coming back to win tonight, but I think tonight's the night.

At least the goal is to win the superbowl. I laugh at the Pats fans who so confidently said that 16-0 wasn't a problem.

Heh... pounding the ball with McGahee will make any coach look like a genius. Ravens up 7 with good field postion after a good punt return. Watching tonight it's hard to believe the Ravens are 4-7... they look real good tonight... they usually don't, though, is the problem.
