Broncos defense got a stop against the Colts, and it wasn't because a Colts player dropped a pass. I'm not sure they've done that the past two or three times they've played 'em... and I'm completely serious.

 

And I stand by the fact that Brandon Marshall is going to be a superstar.

They've done fine against the run this year. Problem is the Broncos can run on just about anyone... last week the Broncos just didn't have a chance to get the run going.

 

No way the Broncos win this game. Can we get a halfway decent defensive gameplan against the Colts, please? Can the team also learn how to tackle?

i didnt think the whining bolts would show up for the rest of the season

they may be back in it over in the west which really eats it this season

denver isnt out of anything either

i cant see kc or oakland making any noise so sandiego and denver should be around later in the year with a .500 record..

 

in the other league the bears got a couple of gifts from favre and the bears finally showed a bit of sack by outlasting the pack

favre threw a pick on his own 15 putting the bears in business and then a game ending pick on 3rd and 1 as he was driving for the tie

im impressed with greenbays record but theyre going to need some balance if they want to move on to playoff success

favre needs to manage the game

I feel your pain, Kilo. Minus the TO's, the 'Skins pissed it away in the 2nd half against the G-men two weeks ago. I guess Gibbs decided to not let up with the comfy half-time lead after that. They piled on, admittedly with a defensive TD, this week to route the Lionesses 34-3. That's a good defensive showing against a team that can score.

Should be a good game, both teams with solid defenses and decent offenses.

 

I got the impression that the lost fumbles in the first half last night made McCarthy shy away from the passing game. He also said before the week started that he was going to try to run more.

 

But they played not to lose in the 2nd half and it killed them. They're not good enough to turn the ball over 5 times and win.

 

It feels like they gave the game away. It could have been 17 or 21 to 0 had Jones not fumbled those catches.
