I'm going to have to say that Beckett was the goat of the game. When you're the team ace and you give up 5 runs to the Orioles, you had a bad night.

 

There's nothing to worry about. They faced a damn good pitcher in Bedard tonight, and I fully expect them to get back on track against Trachsel tomorrow. Like you said, riverside, it's a 7-game lead. Until it gets down to 4, I'm going to sleep well.
