I made this just now because I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to make one during the day before game time. So, here it is. Get the bats going a little earlier, and give Jon enough support to win the game. Thank you, come again. Go Sox...WIN!

He started out the season on fire, but since mid-June has been very inconsistent. Hopefully we can get to him early on and then pound that bullpen of theirs some more.

Wigginton traded to Houston

ST. PETERSBURG - Tampa Bay infielder Ty Wigginton has been traded to Houston for reliever Dan Wheeler, the Rhode Island native.

The pitches Youk and Papi fanned on didn't even start out looking like strikes. This guy got hammered for 10 runs last time out. Don't help him, fellas.

Jesus, this ump's plate is about 3" wide on both sides. If he's consistent, that bodes well for Lester.
