Cora strikes so easily and hard to look at it as well. Tito sucks at managing pinch hits

 

First Pedroia led off last inning as the pinch hitter for the pitcher (that essentially leaves Lugo & Cora in the game and cant be pinch hit for), you would think someone like Lowell or Wily Mo would be up. Now this past inning with the go ahead run on 2nd and 1 out... Hinske is left to bat and Cora course has to hit. The 9th Valverde will face Wily Mo, Lugo, Crisp

Sox did a double switch to start the bottom of the 8th, Wily Mo taking over for Hinske and Okajima as the new relief pitcher. Wily Mo will essentially lead off the inning, pitcher spot is now 7th... ok why didnt he pinch hit Wily Mo for Hinske than later on Lowell for the pitcher??
